AIRS-IN usually holds trainings in Indianapolis on the 2nd Tuesdays in April, June, August and October. Other online webinars are scheduled throughout the year in partnership with Indiana 211 Partnership.

2-1-1 Translations and Technology: A Primer

- 90 minute webinar developed for United Way of America by Lucinda Nord, IN211. Presenters included Nord and Byron Smith, Director of E911 and Government Solutions, INdigital Telecom. Session covers the technical aspects of 2-1-1 translations with telecommunications providers, routing solutions, call management and importance of documentation.
